First Aid at Work (FAW)
Our comprehensive 3 day first aid course teaches the skills to diagnose and treat life threatening injuries or illness until professional help arrives.

Mental Health Awareness (1 Day)
Our 1 day course gives employees an understanding of common mental health issues, enabling them to become advocates of mental health in the workplace.

Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)
Our 1 day course covers the basics of first aid, equipping learners with the skills and confidence to handle typical workplace incidents.

Mental Health First Aid (2 Day)
Our 2 day course covers common mental health issues, teaching learners how to listen, reassure and actively support those who are struggling.
